My recent stay at Citystay was fantastic! I was in Cambridge for a couple of days and the location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and about 20 minutes to the city center. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable, with high-quality furnishings. The check-in process was quick and easy, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a generous supply of milk, bread, biscuits, cereals. It was such a thoughtful touch that made my stay even more enjoyable.

The apartment was immaculate and the staff were incredibly helpful. They even made the apartment available earlier for us, which was a great surprise. the location was perfect, with easy access to the city center and train station. the free breakfast provisions were a lovely touch and saved us time and money. we had a wonderful stay.

The neighborhood was quite busy, even at night, which made it a bit noisy. the windows only opened partially for security reasons, so it was difficult to change the air circulation.

We loved that it was well stocked with kitchen utensils and bathroom supplies, making our stay even more convenient. The key pick up was a breeze and we were able to settle in without any issues. The only small drawback was the lack of a lamp next to the sofa for cozier evenings. This apartment is conveniently located near a variety of convenience stores, food options, and pubs/bars. The bedroom is nicely separated from the living space, and the bathroom, though small, has a good shower. The apartment is bright with plenty of windows and even comes with fans. Additionally, the self-service check-in option provided by Citystay is very convenient.

Some light bulbs in the apartment need replacement.
